PAYMENT

SHIPPING & RISK OF LOSS
All purchases are made pursuant to a shipment contract. Once your order is handed to the carrier, risk of loss and responsibility for the shipment transfers to you. Shipping times are estimates only. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or events outside our control.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
All returns and refunds are governed by our Shipping & Returns Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Discovery Sets and sample products are final sale and non-refundable. Full-size fragrances may only be eligible for return if unopened, unused, and in original packaging, as outlined in our Returns Policy.

DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for gross negligence or willful misconduct.
INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless NatureDluxe and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to: (a) your breach of these Terms; (b) your use or misuse of the Site; (c) your violation of any law or the rights of any third party; or (d) any dispute between you and another user of the Site.
FORCE MAJEURE

ENTIRE AGREEMENT
